Jónsi ∆ Grow Till Tall (Live at Terminal 5)

Last Saturday, I drove over to NYC to see Jónsi Terminal 5. I could not have been more excited since Sigur Rós has been a favorite of mine for a long time. I had high expectations, but they were exceeded beyond anything I could have imagined. He closed with a beautiful, extended rendition of “Grow Till Tall,” which you can watch above. The performance and production of both “Kolinður” and “Sinking Friendships” were also standouts, so be sure to check out those videos below.

Kolinður

Sinking Friendships (Not at Terminal 5, but an amazing recording.)

Band of Horses ∆ Factory (Live on Jools Holland)

Oliver Sim’s (of The xx) wild cymbal part, live at Terminal 5. I’ve been waiting for a higher quality video of this since seeing them in Atlanta back in March. It blew my mind.
